Meet Pridelines' Newest Interns

We are thrilled to introduce our incredible interns, who join us through the Miami Dade College Community Leadership Fund (CLF) program! This prestigious program is dedicated to cultivating future leaders in Miami-Dade County by equipping participants with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to drive meaningful change. CLF interns engage in leadership development, community organizing, and advocacy, making a tangible impact on local organizations and the communities they serve.


At Pridelines, our interns play a vital role in amplifying voices, fostering inclusivity, and supporting essential programs. Meet our newest changemakers:


Tiffany Rodriguez, Business Administration & Marketing Student, Marketing Operations Intern

A Passion for Music, Marketing, and Community

Tiffany is a driven and passionate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, combining her love for strategy and creativity with a deep desire to make a difference. Her passion for music fuels her involvement in the University of Miami's Frost Band of the Hour Pep Band and Marching Band, where she plays Alto Saxophone and Clarinet. As a proud Nicaraguan, Tiffany brings a unique perspective and a strong work ethic to all her endeavors.


Amplifying Voices at Pridelines

Tiffany's experience at Pridelines has been truly amazing, working with a dedicated staff, amplifying their voice within the community, and contributing by hosting events. This experience has reinforced Tiffany's belief in the power of community engagement and inspired her to use her skills to create positive change.

Tiffany finds balance between her studies and creative pursuits by immersing herself in Miami's music scene. Attending local shows and concerts is her way of unwinding and connecting with the community. Back home, she enjoys relaxing with her adorable Yorkies, Hero and Shy.

Shaniyah Ingram, Nursing Student, Clinical Operations Intern


A Passion for Caring and Community

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Miami, Shaniyah is now pursuing her passion for helping others as a first-year nursing major. She believes everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, and her experience at Pridelines has been instrumental in shaping her understanding of patient care.


Learning and Growing at Pridelines

Shaniyah's time at Pridelines has provided her with valuable insights into the importance of compassionate and inclusive patient care. She is gaining a deeper understanding of the diverse needs of the community and how to best support individuals seeking healthcare services.

In her free time, Shaniyah loves to sing and bake – a little bit of sweetness to balance the demands of nursing school!
